All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless there is a quality issue with the product.
Quality Issue Claims
If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your purchase. Include a photo and a detailed description of the issue, as well as your order number. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Conditions for Quality Claims
- Claims must be made within 48 hrs of delivery.
- The product must be in original, unused condition unless the defect was present upon delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will not be processed for general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that items marked as final sale, including all regular purchases, are non-refundable unless they meet the above quality criteria.

We do our best to make sure our product pictures and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of the plants and some handmade pots, it is normal to have slightly different between the actual items you would receive and the ones list on the website.

**No refunds on Blind Boxes
All blind boxes are final sale. If you wish to trade a blind box for another item within the same collection, it must be purchased and opened in-store.
Shipping
We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen. However, due to the third-party shipping carrier and covid-19 period, some plants may stay in the package longer than expected. Please wait for a few days and they will have a good potential to happily grow in your home.
If you want to return(if applicable) your order, you will be responsible for your shipping costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Plants
*14 Day Happiness Guarantee. Shoot us any questions regarding your order 14 days after you place your order, we will help you take care of your plants.
Should you have any concerns about a plant after you receive your order, please contact us within 48 hours, and send us a photo with a brief explanation at lettyziesmantrw26@gmail.com. We will review your email and get back to you as soon as possible.
**If your planter is damaged or broken when you receive it, please send us all the photos of the damaged pots, including packing material to assist us to submit the claim ticket to the shipping company (They may ask you for the photos, make sure you keep everything until we close the case). Once the shipping company closes the claim case, we will issue the refund to you.
Please note that we always try to make sure that our product pictures and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations can exist between what you receive in a plant or planter and the products featured on our website.
*For houseplants, we secure our quality before delivery and we pick the most healthy ones for shipping. The shipping process would cause the loss of the leaves and it is normal, they will easily grow new leaves too. We can not control how third-party shipping companies deliver your order and hope you understand.
Winter Damaged
To prevent freezing damage, it is recommended that you purchase winter protection (heat pack & insulated package) for your order if you buy any plants from November to February, and as needed for other months. Please note that we can only take responsibility for any damage if you have purchased winter protection for your order.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order and ask for a refund before your order ships, we deduct a 5% transaction fee from the refunded price to the original paying method or we can process the full store credit.
Sale
Purchases made with a combined discount of greater than 30% are final sale (includes markdown items and promo code usage).
No return and refund for final sale items.
Price Adjustment
gameonfight.com does not offer price adjustments for plants as the plants' inventory is short and limited, we serve the policy of "First come first serve". Hope you understand.
